Biography:
Majid Javanmard (Associate Prof.) is a food scientist and technologist working at Iranian Research Organization for Science & Technology (IROST) and in the last two years he works on investigating food microbial decontamination, novel technologies development on food shelf-life improvement and processing, food waste and by-products valorization, extraction and purification of metabolites from medicinal and herbal plants and active/intelligent food packaging.
